Ori Hellerstein, The Artisan Baker,  teaches some of his favourtie recipes in baking master classes.The classes take place at his Stroud based professional kitchen and last approximately 4 hours.

Bread Making Master Class

Monday 22nd June 2015 3pm-7pm

£85.00

Arrive to a selection of The Artisan Bakers cakes and a cup of coffee/tea.

 

In this class you will learn to make and shape:

- Focaccia loaf

- Soda bread

- Bread roll selection

- Spelt Loaf

 

Enjoy a tasting at the end of the session accompanied by cheese and wine.

 

 

Advanced Bread Making Master Class

Monday 27th July 2015 3pm- 7pm

£85.00

 

Arrive to a selection of The Artisan Bakers cakes and a cup of coffee/tea.

 

In this class you will learn to make:

- Sourdough and Rye starter

- Sourdough Loaf

- 100% rye loaf

- Ciabbata

- Naan Bread

 

Enjoy a tasting at the end of the session accompanied by cheese and wine.

 

 

Cake Making Master Class

Monday 10th August 2015 3pm- 7pm

£85.00

 

Arrive to a selection of The Artisan Bakers cakes and a cup of coffee/tea.

 

In this class you will learn to make:

- Individual carrot cakes

- Nutella brioche

- Scones

- Vanilla Doughnuts 

 

Enjoy a tasting at the end of the session accompanied by a glass of wine.

For all classes, we recommend you come in comfortable shoes as you will be standing for the duration of the class, and please wear short sleeved t-shirt for hygeine reasons.
